⚠️ Important Security Change – Administrator Logins
From 9 February 2026, Genesys Cloud will no longer allow administrators to log in using only a username and password.
- All administrators with elevated permissions will be required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Administrators using Single Sign-On (SSO) are not impacted.
- Admins should ensure an MFA method is configured ahead of this date to avoid access issues.

- Multi-language Agent Copilot support (up to 10 languages).
- Auto-answer configuration for ServiceNow voice integration.
Voice & Text Enhancements
- Sentiment, empathy, and topic detection support for additional languages, including Turkish and Zulu.
Architect Improvements
- New list picker support and expanded authentication options for digital bot flows.
